Marae visit

Yesterday the Year 2 team went to Rapaki Marae. We learned some interesting things about the Marae and had a great day. We sang our waiata beautifully. A BIG thank you to James for his speech and to all the parents who came on the trip and helped us.

Today we celebrated 100 days at school.We had a fantastic day of activities and a super shared lunch.Thank you parents and caregivers for preparing such beautiful 100 themed treats. You were very creative.
























We made a snake cake using 100 biscuits and yummy icing!



We did Name Art and put the letters of our names inside each square of a 100s board, then highlighted the first letter of our name to see the pattern created.


We talked about kind conversations and came up with 100 kind sayings.








We also thought about things we could do 100 times, the. We did them and recorded our achievements.
